By downloading, installing, or using Twilio SMS Client ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Twilio SMS Client is a mobile application that allows you to send and receive SMS/MMS messages and make voice calls using your own Twilio account and phone numbers. The App acts as a client interface to Twilio's communication APIs.

3. Requirements

You must have an active Twilio account with at least one phone number.
You are responsible for all charges incurred through your Twilio account, including messaging and calling fees.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Keep your Twilio credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized parties.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when sending messages or making calls, including anti-spam laws (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM).
Not use the App for any unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purpose.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App.

5. Twilio Account & Billing

The App connects to Twilio's services using your own account credentials. All messaging, calling, and phone number costs are billed directly by Twilio to your Twilio account. We are not responsible for any charges incurred through your use of Twilio's services.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Twilio SMS Client and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "Twilio" is a trademark of Twilio Inc. This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Twilio Inc.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The App will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
Messages will be delivered successfully (delivery depends on Twilio's infrastructure and carrier networks).
Call quality or connectivity will meet specific standards.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
